Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
The upgrade of gear can increase its base stats and sometimes boosts its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations are applied.
For instance, the top shield for racial discrimination Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to provide additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the un-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens can be used to reroll an item you have acquired, such as a weapon, armor, or ring. The item is replaced by another item of the same type, but with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable option to upgrade equipment. They don't preserve the original equipment's condition and any wasted resources won't get compensated.
Survivors can obtain tokens to reroll in many ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in crates and chests or bought from the store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of a piece equipment for example, increasing its damage.
Players can roll equipment with three attributes, physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power increase damage from weapons and melee attack and spell power boost mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional amount of health.
There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of a higher-quality reroll token order to produce it. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, rare upgrades require a special or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
The reroll marker, unlike other special tokens or markers placed on action spaces, remains on the space until the next success is to be rerolled. This helps you not waste upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the start of every Preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by grabbing on to them. When they are opened, they display an image and description of the Ingredient or Appliance. The restaurant's shop can swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.
In the course of a run, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on chosen Franchise Cards. This alters the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop offers to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that can increase the quality of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. Additionally, players can acquire these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade their gear, players must first locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. The menu will be displayed showing the item's current level and what it will be after being leveled up as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to do so. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires just one blue or green Growth Stone.
Once they have decided on the upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. Once the requirements are satisfied, the user can select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. Additionally, players can break down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
